Join us for our 11th Annual Community Health Fair! Come learn about the available resources and support services available to keep you and your loved ones healthy. We'll have onsite health education and screenings, a healing circle with Sankofa, and local medical and health providers to talk about dental health, general pediatrics, mental health, and more.
Vendoring opportunities are available for local organizations to share their resources and make them accessible to members in our community.
